A summer-only beer terrace is now open on the terrace in TRUNK(KITCHEN), the main dining room of TRUNK(HOTEL). Enjoy elaborate food and drinks in an open space.
The beer terrace overlooking the public terrace, symbolized by a zelkova tree, features a lineup of seven carefully selected Japanese craft beers, including Baird Beer from Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, which focuses on fresh hops, in addition to the regular menu. In addition, the restaurant offers free-flow beer cocktails made with three of these craft beers and Kamiuma Organic Lager, as well as an original course that combines beer and dishes that go well with the beer.
The set includes three food items: a hearty "Skillet Menti Cutlet," a "Vegetable Roast & Grain Salad" made with organic vegetables and special granola, and "Homemade Potato Chips" with Cajun spices. Reservations are required at least one day in advance. The covered terrace can be used even in the rain.
