The "Torrential Rainstorms of July, 2018" that have been continuing in western Japan since Thursday, July 5, 2018, have caused extensive damage across a wide area from Kyushu to Shikoku, Chugoku, and Kinki regions. In response to the growing movement to support the affected areas, KEEN has launched "Matching Pay" as a means of fundraising.
Matching Pay" is a system in which companies, foundations, donors, etc. add a certain percentage to the amount donated by individuals when soliciting donations from individuals to the same cause, a method that was also used for the "Kumamoto Earthquake" in April 2016 and the "Northern Kyushu Torrential Rain" in July last year.
In other words, for every 1,000 yen you donate, Keen will donate the same amount of 1,000 yen. This "Matching Pay" will be conducted through "OPEN JAPAN," a disaster relief organization.
The goal is 10 million yen. Keane will match your donation of 5 million yen.
