Brooklyn-based multi-creator Mike Perry is an artist, animator, and creative director. Recently, he created the opening animation for the popular American television program "Comedy Central program Broad City" and has collaborated with numerous brands, including Coca-Cola and Oreo commercials, creating a buzz.
The collaboration event with PARK DELI, a Brooklyn-based skate and flower store, will be held at "OPEN STUDIO," a gallery and pop-up space attached to the Freaks Store Shibuya. STUDIO", a gallery and pop-up space attached to the "Freaks Store Shibuya".
In addition to selling collaborative items and art pieces by both artists, artist Jay Bell, Mike Perry's right-hand man, will also be in Japan for the event, coloring the venue with their creative worldview.
An entrance-free release party will be held on Friday, July 20, the first day of the installation. On the following day, Saturday, July 21, there will be an event to enjoy Mike Perry's live drawings while eating juicy hot dogs.
