Looking at the price range, one shirt starts at approximately 3,500 yen . What makes them different from the dry cleaners in town, and what makes them high-class? We have interviewed them to find out the reason why they are called "high-class" and why we, the readers, are curious about it!

We interviewed Mr. Teruhiko Nakao, concierge. What makes it different from other restaurants, and what makes it "upscale"?
The core of our service is "one customer, one wash". We do not wash all the clothes we receive from our customers at once, but we sort each item individually before starting the washing process. Of course, the optimal washing method and time differ depending on the garment, but at our volume dry cleaning service, we wash all the garments we receive together.
How are the clothes I leave with you washed and how do they get back to me? I had never really thought about the process before, but basically they are still washed together.
Before sending the item to the factory, we make a chart in the store by listening to the customer's story . We try to provide the best service by listening to the customer's attachment to the item, such as when it was purchased, as well as the areas that need to be cleaned.
By creating a chart together, we can find stains that we did not notice, and conversely, we can come up with suggestions. The process of checking the "level of attachment" to the clothes is different from the usual dry cleaning process, in which you only pay for the clothes and receive them.
The deposited clothes are then sent to a factory called "Takumi Studio" in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture. This is where the "know-how of cleaning" is concentrated, of course, but also the technology of cleaning anyway.
. First, the processing material (detergent) used depends on the material of the clothes, so we select the appropriate one. Then we use our proprietary technology to remove stains, such as wine and coffee stains and yellowing on the collar."
Takumi Studio is also skilled in the process of adding color to clothes, and can restore the original color, even if the color has been lost after a strong wash to remove persistent stains. This is another point that differentiates us from other stores.
However, this method can damage the fabric, cause fluffiness and texture changes, and damage or cause buttons and other accessories to fall off. In contrast, we use static drying, which does not move the garment, and we fold knitwear, which stretches when it is hung up, before hanging it up to dry. For foreign items with an attractive three-dimensional silhouette, we use an iron with a three-dimensional structure instead of ironing directly. The machine that restores the silhouette may be the key. Because our hands are so elaborate, we take our time..."
