HOUYHNHNM's recently launched skateboarding series, "HOUYHNHNM Skateboard Club". The specialized journal "Sb.The first real event of this project will be held on Saturday, July 28, and will be hosted by the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Senichiro Ozawa, and photographer Taro Hirano.
The stage will be "VACANT CULTURE CLUB" instead of "VACANT," a famous Harajuku landmark that was renovated this summer, where lectures and workshops will be held almost monthly with the two hosts and guests, each based on a different theme.
The first topic of interest is "Skateboards and Shops. Guests will be owners of skateboard specialty stores in the suburbs of Tokyo, who will talk about the role and reality of skate stores, which can be considered as a center of skate culture.
After 5:00 p.m., the event will continue with a booth event. The event will feature booths from guest stores, selling "MY FIRST SKATEDECK" themed gear, as well as items exclusive to this day's event. In additionGoose Islandof beer is on standby, chilled to a crisp!
