The Tokyo Olympics, a festival that attracts the attention of the entire world, is approaching.
What kind of country is "Japan in the world"? At a time when Japan's attractiveness is being questioned once againZUCCaTSUKIJI TAMA SUSHI "SUSHI FONT" DESIGNED BY KOICHI KOSUGI, an event related to sushi, will be held.
The mainstay of the event will be a traditional sushi restaurant with a long history in Japan calledTsukiji TamazushiFor "The Art Director'sKoichi KosugiThe typography is called "SUSHI FONT" designed by the "Sushi Font" project. This is an attempt to express a new "sizzle" of sushi that cannot be felt from photographs, and to make sushi with letters.
T-shirts (9 types), tote bags (2 types), and tenugui hand towels (1 type) with the motif of "moji-nigiri," a completely new visual communication that focuses on the unique colors and shapes of sushi, will be available at "CABANE de CABANE de ZUCCa Minami Aoyama" from September 14 (Fri.).
Zucca's unique approach is to create a new sushi world by further expanding the Japanese traditional content of sushi from the viewpoint of entertainment. It is well worth a visit.
