The #8877 is a limited reissue of the #8877, which was developed as a Japan-exclusive model from 1996 to the early 2000s, succeeding the classic #877, including an upper that reproduces the color of the Oloracet "Portage" leather from 1996, The Irish setter printed tag, product information engraved on the tongue, brown dovecote, and other nostalgic details not found on existing models are also included.
This "#8877" comes with an Irish Setter tag from the 1980s, commonly known as a "dog tag" with "MADE IN U.S.A." notation. The printed name is a nice detail for vintage fans.
These are "Outing Boots," outdoor boots made of a single piece of leather with no lining, which were seen in the 1920s.
