Continuing on from the first edition, these shoes, made at Dr. Martens' Cobbs Lane factory in Wollaston, England, express a "mix of sports and fashion". Three colors in black, navy, and brown leathers are available to match the eight set-up styles proposed by NANA MICA in this year's fall/winter collection.
The last model selected from the archives of "Dr. Martens" is a slightly square plain toe model. The D-can metal fittings used in mountain boots are employed in the eyelets for greater freedom of shoelace adjustment. This kind of arrangement gives a sense of NANAMICA's flat manufacturing design in particular.
The black upper is made of temparais soft leather, while the navy and brown are made of water-repellent suede, with white stitching and navy leather lining on the insole, vividly expressing the brand colors.
This season, NANAMICA has been collaborating on a number of projects, including "Tokyo Design Studio by New Balance. This second volume is also bursting with flexible and brilliant arrangements. The collection will be available at the following directly-managed stores and other limited stores from November 23 (Fri.)!
