A hip-hop crew based in Setagaya, Tokyo,KANDYTOWN. Even after making their major label debut, they are still actively involved in their own activities and are making a significant impact on the scene.
The double release party of "KANDYTOWN LIFE presents "Good Old Soul -Love and New Note-", a mix CD produced by DJs MASATO and Minnesotah using only music from the prestigious jazz label Blue Note, will be held at "club asia" in Shibuya on November 30. KIKUMARU will perform a special band set at this event, and KANDYTOWN members KEIJU, MUD, Gottz, and DONY JOINT, who are featured on the new album, as well as BES, L-VOKAL, and QN will make guest appearances.
