The first 1,000 Tokyo Marathon 2019 participants and all runners will be certified as Prime Runners, and will receive special Prime Runner-only benefits, including an original T-shirt, free use of the runner's satellite "Joglis" for a limited time, invitations to running courses, and more, as the key to achieving their goals. The Prime Runners will receive thorough support in the two months leading up to the event, which is the key to achieving their goals.
Other activities include free rental of original T-shirts for all runners and a social networking campaign to give away order tickets for running tights.
