A pop-up event is currently being held at "BEAMS T Harajuku" to celebrate the publication of ISSUE 2 of "stacks," a zine featuring artwork by various artists from around the world.
At the event, BEAMS T will release a special-order capsule collection featuring works by the artists included in ISSUE 2, exhibit and sell works by the participating artists, and sell the first "SECTUNO" series from the "FABRICK®" stacks line, which will be launched this season. Participating artists include Haruki Matsui, a Tokyo-based photographer active in the fashion field beyond the boundaries of men's and women's fashion, TOYA HORIUCH, a visual artist living in Brooklyn, NY, and Sean Maung, an LA-based street photographer who has been photographing the working class, especially hustlers and prostitutes, . A diverse lineup includes street photographer Sean Maung, who has been taking portraits of the working class, especially hustlers, prostitutes, and skaters, from the perspective of second-generation immigrants.
