Vans supports and hooks up with local artists who are showing their creativity in various cultures. One of these artists is "Vans.VANS MUSICIANS WANTEDwill be held in Japan this year.
VANS MUSICIANS WANTED" aims to discover talented musicians and provide them with the opportunity to take the stage at the "HOUSE OF VANS". Artists of any genre can participate in this contest by simply sending in their sound files, which serves as a platform for sharing their music with people around the world. This year's contest will be held simultaneously in 10 countries (Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines), making it the largest-ever competition of its kind to be held in the entire Asia-Pacific region.
The only way to enter the contest is to submit a sound file. The first six groups, three selected by online voting and three by judges' selection, will proceed to live judging to determine the regional representatives. The finalists will perform live on stage at the "House Of Vans Hong Kong". The musician who comes out on top there will have the right to produce a music video with MTV Asia and broadcast it on BOILER ROOM.
