The brand was acquired by SEIKO from HAMILTON in 1979.PULSARSeiko is a Japanese watchmaker. It is currently sold as an overseas version of the Seiko brand and is almost never available in Japan. Moreover, the brand is so well known overseas as a high-quality product that even the President of the United States is said to have patronized it in the past.
