A prestigious location in Ginza, Tokyo, is to be transformed into a "Dancing! Sanma Goten"? Gohan Disco's plan is a competition of food, sound, and art.

Sunfish, the king of autumn delicacies, captivates with its abundant fat and rich flavor. However, as many of you know, the price of saury has skyrocketed due to record low catches.

This year, "Sanma Disco," an all-you-can-eat event where you can enjoy such rare and increasingly valuable saury with a variety of recipes, such as grilled saury, takikomi-gohan and tsumami, will be held again. The venue chosen for this year's event is PLUSTOKYO, a comfortable open-air restaurant located in a prime Ginza location. This is the only place in the world where an urban space is filled with the aroma of saury.

Such a novel event was organized by a party crew that advocates "the marriage of food and disco.GHANDISCO".

The event will not only feature exquisite dishes made with fat saury, but also a lineup of DJs who are all full of fat. The lineup includes YOSA & TAAR, organizers of the popular "MODERN DISCO" party held at Shibuya's SOUND MUSEUM VISION, and Kenichi Aono, who has a career spanning over 30 years and knows all the classics.

There will also be a sunfish disco-inspired body marbling experience by "Dirty Workers Studio. This event, where food, sound, and art can be enjoyed all at once, is expected to bounce back from the disturbing news and create a great fishing banner of good mood.
