Shibuya SOUND MUSEUM VISION is a club that continues to support the nightlife in the ever-changing Shibuya district. This year's annual anniversary event will be held over four days this year, November 29 (Fri.), November 30 (Sat.), December 6 (Fri.), and December 7, ( Sat. ). Mark Knight
On Saturday, November 30, "EDGE HOUSE" will bring you authentic dance music with a focus on tech house every Saturday. DJ/producer Mark Knight, who has been at the top of the dance music scene for nearly 20 years since his debut, will appear on stage to deliver a dense and bouncy sound with resident DJ DARUMA (PKCZ®) & JOMMY.
JUNGLE BROTHERS
CLASSICS" focuses on the golden era of hip-hop in the 90s, and on Friday, December 6, JUNGLE BROTHERS, legends on par with A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul, will be the special guests for the anniversary. Residents SOUTHPAW CHOP, K-BOOGIE, and TOMY-NT will participate from Japan.
Purple Disco Machine
December 7, ( Sat ), the last event of the anniversary will be MODERN DISCO, a very popular party representing the disco/house scene in Tokyo. Guests will be Purple Disco Machine, a deep house/house-funk producer from Germany who has remixed jamiroquai and Golillaz, among others. He will be joined by YOSA & TAAR, two of the party's key figures, to bring a genre-defying, fashionable sound to the Shibuya night.
The lineup is so spectacular that it makes you sick to your stomach just looking at the words. Since "Shibuya VISION" has served us well as a social gathering place, let's visit one of these events and go back again next year!
