The Yokohama DeNA BayStars have started the season off on a high note. There were whispers that the team's strength might decline due to Tsutsuka's challenge to the Majors, but the pitching and hitting have been working well together, and the balance is very good, with both new foreigners and rookies taking an active part. This year's pennant is very promising.
As baseball fans, limited-edition merchandise is one of the things we look forward to, and this year, the Yokohama DeNA BayStars collaborated with Peko-chan.
Peko-chan of Fujiya and the blue team color of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars are fused together to release nine items. The towels and socks are based on the well-known "milky" wrapping paper. Super cute.
It is now on sale at the official Yokohama DeNA BayStars goods store "BAYSTORE" and online store to rave reviews.
If things continue as they are, the ban on watching the games will be lifted on Friday, July 10. Replica uniforms are great, but let's have fun with them once in a while and enjoy coordinating the 2020 season at the ballpark as well. Incidentally, items that HOUYHNHNM helped with are also scheduled to be released by the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. I'll leave that for another time.
