Whether it's relaxing indoors, chilling out, getting lost in thought, or getting some work done, there are many ways to spend time at a hotel. Relaxing" is the first word that comes to mind, but how about playing at an art hotel this Halloween?
That is the "Truman at the Art Hotel," an interactive event to be held on Saturday, October 31, in which the audience itself becomes the main character and enjoys the story.
The event will be organized by ROLE PLAYING CINEMA, which has produced a number of film-themed experience events, including "Session" and "Hairspray".
The stage for the event will be the BnA Alter Museum, a lodging-style museum created by up-and-coming artists such as Daito Manabe of Rhizomatiks, Tetsuya Umeda, and Ey∃ of Boredoms, etc. The entire 10-story, 31-room hotel building will be open to the public. On the day of the event, visitors will be able to see some of the artwork, which would normally only be available to those who have made reservations to stay at the hotel, along with the story behind the artwork.

This performance is the first in a series of "Stage Creation Project for Expressionists," which was launched to "give expressionists a stage" in the midst of a series of stage productions being interrupted by the coronavirus. The second and third performances are scheduled for November and December.
