SOPH.×A.G. SPALDING & BROS. crewneck sweatshirt ¥22,000+TAX
From the collection with long-established athletic brand AG Spalding & Bross, which was revived in 2017, comes turtlenecks and sweatshirts that recreate designs and details that have a strong following among vintage clothing enthusiasts.
Using an old-fashioned knitting machine that can only make seven garments a day, the carefully woven wooden colors give the garment a simple yet subtle sense of specialness.
The gusseted front and back chests are decorated with sweat stoppers, known as "both V's", a detail unique to the vintage style. The word "iki" printed on the front also has a nice surrealistic feel to it.
The ability to collaborate in a genre-less manner is the result of Sohu's flexible approach to manufacturing, and I believe this is the reason why the company has remained at the forefront of the industry for so many years. Both collections will go on sale on the memorable Monday, November 2.
