When you think of Vans, shoes are the first thing that comes to mind, but did you know that the brand is involved in a certain activity to develop the music scene? Vans Musicians Wanted, a music contest launched in 2015, aims to hook up young artists.

This year, Vans Musicians Wanted received over 22,000 applications. From these, five finalists were selected for each of the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.

The festival is a true battle of musical genres, with hip-hop, grunge rock, electro-pop, and many other genres. The following five groups from the Asian region, including Japan's representative Niko Niko Tan Tan, will make appearances.

The jury will include such stellar names as J.I.D., Bohan Phoenix, Nilufer Janja, and Anderson Park.
