Most recently, he did stills for the movie "Crying is Not a Thing," and in HOUYHNHNM's, he was in charge of the <first downand〈〈〈〈〈.unbranded good〉The photographer who helped me with the article,Yoko KusanoThree.
Mr. Kusano was born in Thailand , and his hometown is Fukushima. This year, a project to photograph his roots in Thailand and Fukushima was launched, but was abandoned due to an infectious disease. The works exhibited in this exhibition are from the preliminary stages of the project. The "0" in the title "homes vol. 0" is for this reason . . The subjects of the photographs are his parents' house in Fukushima.
This series is a "new beginning" for Mr. Kusano, who has steadily built up his career as a photographer, to look back at his roots and confront his own work once again.
The venue is "flotsam books" and the exhibition will be held from December 18 (Fri.) to 27 (Sun.), 2012 .
It's really just an ordinary day, but when Mr. Kusano captures it, you can see a story in it... Photography is mysterious.
