Many people may be cooking more for themselves as they work shorter hours. This is where the cooking environment becomes a concern. When cooking several dishes, many pots, pans, and plates are used, making cleanup difficult, and pots and pans that have not been taken off the shelf in a while may be worn out.
As if in anticipation of us, a new brand of all-purpose cooking pots has debuted.
The name of the restaurant isPETARIThe company boasts the largest share of the domestic earthenware pot market in Japan. The earthenware pots are made by Ginpine Toki Co. in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, which boasts the largest share of the domestic earthenware pot market in Japan, and are designed to be used for all types of cooking while following the pottery techniques cultivated over the years.
The concept is "to make cooking more fun," "to make cooking easier," and "to make cooking more delicious," and it combines three major features.
First, the design: In Yokkaichi, where Banko-Yaki pottery is produced, which was designated as a traditional national craft in 1979, there is a type of ceramic plate cooking in which food is prepared on a ceramic plate. PETARI's product is based on this ceramic plate and is slightly elevated. The inside of the pot is airtight, so the flavor of the food is not lost, and it is stackable, so it can be stored without being bulky.
Next, we would like to focus on the heat-resistant material. We searched the world over for the most suitable clay and glaze for the earthenware pots, and then made them with petalite, which was specially selected at a mine in Zimbabwe, as the core material.
The unique frit finish prevents non-stick cooking and prevents the cooking process from collapsing, and the unique glaze prevents odors and stains, and is easy to clean. The functional aspect is also perfect.
The pot is designed not only for cooking, but also for dining. The temperature does not easily change, and the handle-less rim makes it possible to take the entire pot to the table and eat it while it is still warm. The pot excels at residual heat cooking, so it will be useful for roast beef and steamed dishes.
The coloring is said to represent the natural rocks of Mie Prefecture. The finish gives a sense of warmth and strength derived from nature.
