. And there is another company that is trying something new in the local area. a subsidiary of Backpackers Japan, which operates hostels such as "Nui." and "CITAN" in Tokyo.The Youth." In Sendai, the City of Trees, there is a local lounge calledEchoes.." open.

Echoes" is a place with a cafe, restaurant, and bar that can be used throughout the day, from morning to night.

From morning to noon, the restaurant serves coffee made with beans from "Overview Coffee" from Portland, OR, herbal tea from the botanical brand "Verseau," and morning plates made with ingredients from the Tohoku region and other seasonal ingredients. From evening to night, the restaurant is open as a restaurant and bar, serving meals made with local ingredients as well as natural wines and craft cocktails.

The Youth, the parent organization of Echoes, has been expanding its circle of young people by operating locations and hosting events based in Tokyo , with the mission of "connecting young people with the world. The next step is Sendai, where they will extend that circle. The opening is scheduled for Friday, May 21.
