Blue Bottle Coffee's new store is inside Human Made. Collaboration items are now on sale.

The name is Human Made 1928 Cafe by Blue Bottle Coffee(HUMAN MADE 1928 Cafe by Blue Bottle Coffee).

Human Made 1928" is located in a building completed in 1928 and designated as a tangible cultural property by the city of Kyoto. In the classical appearance of the building, items selected by "Human Made" and NIGO® are lined up.

. The "Human Made 1928 Café by Blue Bottle Coffee" opened inside this store. This café offers specialty coffees hand-drip by baristas as well as espresso drinks, just like other " Blue Bottle Coffee " shops.

NIGO®, a long-time Blue Bottle Coffee customer, wanted to offer the coffee at his own store, and this store was born. His love of "Blue Bottle Coffee" extends to the creation of original blends.

The collaboration blend "Blue Bottle Coffee x Human Made Future Blend" is available only at the store to commemorate the opening , and we can feel the heat.

In celebration of the opening, several collaborative items were also introduced.

There are eight coffee items in total. The items, which feature the collaboration logo with the Human Made® heart motif changed to blue, are available exclusively at Human Made 1928 and the Human Made® online store.

Also available exclusively at "Human Made 1928" is a dried Japanese sansbon confectionary made in collaboration with Kagizen Ryobo, a Japanese confectionary shop in Gion, Kyoto, which has been in business since the Kyoho period in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868). The shape of the confectionery resembles the "Human Made®" heart motif, and the colors are red and blue, the colors of the two brands' logos, making it a treat for the eyes and the palate.

Incidentally, a uniform designed by NIGO® for this store was also created. There are no plans to sell them, but there is a hope that they will be sold somewhere someday.
