Based on a vintage Italian crown punt produced in the 1980s (a detail originally referred to as the symbol of French vintage in the 1950s), the SE02 is a fusion of tastes from various countries and eras.

The most distinctive feature is the stepped front rim, reminiscent of the American vintage of the 1960s. This part, which undergoes an extremely detailed millimeter-by-millimeter manufacturing process, is made of two-color Japanese acetate with a three-layer lamination process, resulting in a three-dimensional finish with a sense of depth.
