Ichi Tashiro
Born in Ehime , Japan in 1984. She has been creating scrapbooking and collages since her childhood, and after graduating from high school, she moved to New York City and began her career as a self-taught artist. He has held solo and group exhibitions in major overseas cities such as New York, Hong Kong, Paris, and Los Angeles, and is currently based in Tokyo.

After living homeless in the U.S., Ichi Tashiro traveled and visited galleries and art fairs in New York, Hong Kong, and other cities. To object to the clutches of the digital society he felt during that time, he collaged financial newspapers, which at one time served as a lifeline, on panels inspired by origami paper. The exhibition will feature 14 new works that express his exposure to the contemporary market and politics.
