Authentic products with an honest and rootsy feel. [ClaireJohnbullThe deep appeal of the "John Bull" brand is rooted in its keen eye for craftsmanship. John Bull has been releasing a series of "makerhood aprons" since the spring of 2015.
Each season, we produce aprons as tools for craftsmen's work in collaboration with professional masters. These aprons, which boast anonymous functionality without ever making a statement, can be said to be the closest partner to support the work of the craftsmen.
This time, a photo exhibition will focus on the relationship between such makerhood aprons and artisans.
At the root of the apron-making process is a great respect for craftsmen involved in manufacturing. The photographs depict the daily lives of craftspeople who create unique products such as furniture, ceramics, and soaps.
