Forty-seven ('47)" is the official brand of the four major American sports: MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL. In addition to MLB, with whom they have a licensing agreement, they are releasing a three-way collaboration with Helinox, an outdoor gear manufacturer.
This year's collection features the Red Sox, Yankees, Dodgers, and Angels. The lineup includes the famous "Chair One," which made the Helinox name famous, as well as chair skins and caps, all three of which incorporate each team's logo and team colors, creating a crossover between baseball and the outdoors.
The mesh cap is made of the same material as the "Chair One" and has a special "Helinox" tag on the side.
In addition to the "Chair One" and cap set (39,000 yen), the cap (6,050 yen) and chair skin (13,200 yen) that can be reupholstered on the existing "Chair One" can be purchased separately.
The "Chair One" and cap set will be available for pre-sale at "'47 Tokyo" from Friday, March 24, and lottery applications will be accepted at the official online store on Monday, March 27, between 12:00 and 24:00. The caps and chair skins will also go on sale on March 24 at '47′ Tokyo and the official online store.
To celebrate the launch, a pop-up store will be open at the Grand Galleria on the 1st floor of "MARK IS Minato Mirai" from Friday, March 24 to Sunday, April 9. This is an opportunity to actually try on all the different types of products, so if you are interested, please visit the store.
