Cruise Bicycle+Cafe, located in Tokyo's Bunkyo Ward, is famous not only for selling and customizing a selection of bicycles, but also for handling camping gear in order to promote the appeal of outdoor activities through bicycles.

Such "Cruise Bicycle+Cafe" will open its first store "CRUISE CUSTOM BASE" in Osaka at GREEN AGE on the 8th floor of Hankyu Umeda, which will undergo a floor renewal on April 12 (Wed.).

The store offers the original brand "BYCRUISE ORIGINALS," which is based on bicycles and camping. In addition, Takeshi Tomomura, a representative and mechanic of "CRUISE," will sell custom e-bikes and offer private customization by appointment only.

The SUPER73 ZX, which follows the design of a mini bike, is a limited edition model that has been specially customized for the opening. The handlebars have been changed to a BMX type with original paint, and the seat is made by a craftsman who handles sofas and chairs in Japan.

Turning to the functional side, the front fork is cut to lower the bike's center of gravity and provide quicker handling than the original. Furthermore, the fork itself has been attached inverted to make the offset inward. The brakes have been upgraded to MAGURA hydraulic brakes, and the rotors have been changed to a two-piece type, bringing together Tomomura's knowledge and technology to create a bike with updated drivability.
