The event by photographer Yuji Takeuchi and "marka" was held last August and was a great success. This weekend, April 8 (Sat), we received news that the event will be held again at "PARKING" in Nakameguro, Tokyo.

Mr. Takeuchi is active in the fields of fashion magazines and advertising, while also capturing the landscapes of the countries he visits around the world in the medium of photography. The motif of this exhibition is the "doors" he has photographed in various countries around the world.

The message "DO NOT BLOCK THE DOOR" on the T-shirt was written by chance on a door I photographed in New York. . When you take down the walls of your mind, a new door opens. I realized this through the exhibition and events related to the photo book "ROOT ROOT ROOT. . Perhaps it was inevitable that I have been attracted to doors, which are the link between the outside and the inside, and have continued to photograph them. If there is a door that is closed within you, go and open it yourself. I hope you feel such a positive message.

Although the motif of the door is extremely limited, there is definitely an exotic atmosphere in the work. In these works, we can feel the culture and breath of the people who live and work in these places.

These photos are printed on an original "marker" body. The T-shirt is made with a tough, high-density, tightly woven yarn, and is tailored in a slightly larger silhouette that is perfect for the current mood.
