Sneakers that look like boots! Non-native intelligence and Mizuno technology combine to create a masterpiece.

Master collaborator and "nonnative" designer Takayuki Fujii has created another masterpiece.

The WAVE MUJIN TL MID GTX nonnative shoes, which took four years to develop with Mizuno, are now available.

The base was the "WAVE MUJIN" series of high-performance trail running shoes, and the concept this time was "a shoe with a mid-cut boot silhouette, GORE-TEX" fabrics, and no laces.

After much trial and error, we arrived at a completely new design based on a knit material that fits around the ankle and has the waterproof and breathable properties of "GORE-TEX" while being stretchable and easy to put on and take off.

Despite its futuristic look, the one-tone "VINTAGE KHAKI" color is also effective in giving a sense of nature's warmth.

Inspired by this coloring, we shot the image visuals and movie in Egypt. The creation was completed with an extraordinary sense of scale.

The outsole uses a rubber sole made by Michelin, a well-known global tire brand.

The first collaborative model for both brands was an epoch-making pair that broke new ground in terms of both design and functionality.
