The Japanese e-bike market is gradually gaining momentum as an environmentally friendly means of transportation. In this context, "Urban Drive Style," an e-bike brand born in Germany, an environmentally advanced country, has landed in Japan! To commemorate this event, pop-up shops will be held in Shinsaibashi from April 28 (Fri.) and in Shibuya from May.
Germany has been tackling environmental issues on a national scale by introducing environmental taxes on oil and electricity and requiring electric power companies to purchase renewable energy. While electricity is attracting attention as a next-generation alternative to gasoline, a small group of elite motorcycle enthusiasts created "Urban Drive Style" in 2016. The prototype "Unimoke" was highly acclaimed in Germany for its design reminiscent of vintage 1970s bikes and use of sustainable materials. As soon as it debuted, it quickly made its way around the world.
Unimoke MK ¥495,000
