With fashion, art, music, and food as keywords, this new project will serve not only as a place to stay, but also as a place where people gather to share their culture.
8LOUNGE is a casual lounge that focuses on interior design, coffee, beer, food, and music, with coffee cocktails and other drinks created by Hiroshi Sawada of SAWADA COFFEE, a world champion in latte art, sign painting at the entrance and on the walls by NUTS ART WORKS" painted the entrance and wall signs, and "THE LANDSCAPERS" coordinated the plantings. The beer is 8HOTEL's original craft beer, combining eight kinds of malt and eight kinds of hops to create a deep and addictive flavor.
Also open is "HAIR CALIFORNIA x 8 HOTEL," a collaboration with Kyosuke Karube, a noted beach-style hair stylist. Visitors can experience cutting-edge haircuts.
And the "Art Project 8 days a week," a project to give each hotel room its own personality, has begun. The first project is a surf brand <RVCAArtists such as Frankie Suich, Takao Niikura, Margo, and Ken-right Yoshida have created unique artwork in the guest rooms.
