For those of you who don't know Russell, he started drawing graffiti when he was 12 years old and started GASFACE in '93 as the first graffiti brand to put graffiti on clothing. In 1998, he became the head graphic designer of "MAHARISHI" and worked there for 7 years. In 2003, he changed the name to "GASIUS" to reflect not only the influence of graffiti, but also environmental issues, ancient civilizations, '70s logos, '80s comics, and '90s skate culture, .
