This year's design is inspired by the year of the dragon, the Chinese zodiac sign for 2024, and brushed with soft neutral colors inspired by the "Nine Dragon Walls," an architectural style that was common in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The lineup includes three models: the WRPD Runner, which debuted just last summer, the techie trail-look 610T, and the M1906N, the latest model with an updated upper design from the 1906R.

A total of five colors are available. In addition to basic colors such as black and navy, colors such as green and pink are also available in light tones for easy everyday use.

This year, not only sneakers but also apparel will be available. Like the footwear, hoodies and sweatshirts in neutral colors will be released.

To commemorate the release, a limited-time collaboration menu will be available until January 7 (Sun.) at Shikin Hanten, the popular Chinese restaurant where the look is set. The "Fried rice with shrimp and chili eggs", which is the signature menu item, and the "Gomoku series", which is associated with the collaboration shoes, will be served in an "original rice bowl" specially made for the occasion.
