Logo T of bOb BAR, a local favorite in New York City, is now available exclusively at Piece of Cake. The design was created by FUTURA.

bOb BAR was established in 1993 on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York City. It is a music bar loved by locals as a cultural spot where they can enjoy the best music and drinks.

Such a "bOb BAR" has a close friendship not only with artists but also with famous graffiti artists and photographers, and it is well known among some that FUTURA created the store sign here.

Rari Shinbo, owner of the Harajuku boutique "Piece of Cake," was so struck by the iconic atomic logo that she asked bOb BAR to produce a T-shirt for her store when it opened in the summer of 2023. It took about six months to complete the project.

The coloring includes the standard black and white, navy and white, which are the team colors of the New York Yankees, and white and red, inspired by the Hinomaru flag, as Japan Limited colors.

The store sign by Futura is printed on the front, and the year of bOb BAR's establishment, "1993," is printed on the back, creating a very simple yet powerful design.
