From Monday, September 4, 2011Sacai. will open a pop-up store at Colette in Paris. The title of the pop-up store is "Jardin sacai. Inspired by the gardens of Paris, Jardin, meaning "garden," was used for the title.
On the floor, there will be a number of products exclusive to Jardin Sakai, planned and rethought by Chitose Abe, a designer at Sakai. In addition, based on Abe's idea of "a place to meet important friends," he has teamed up with Hiroshi Fujiwara to create a special space for "fragment design," which will offer limited-edition items.
Jardin Sakai" also has a clever mechanism to keep its customers in its grasp. The store's lineup is updated weekly with new items from collaborations with numerous brands. Please see below for a glimpse of the gorgeous lineup.
The furniture in the store has been part of Sakai's store interiors for many years.GELCHOPThe store will also feature an exhibition of archived photographs by photographer Craig McDean.
