How are 【FN glasses really? Vol.4 Koto (2nds)

This series is a seven-part series that will introduce the appeal of "FN". In this fourth installment, Koto-san, who runs the YouTube channel "2nds-Seconds" with her friends, will appear. She always carries a pair of eyewear with her, so what is her choice?

I am definitely a black-rimmed person.

I understand that everyone in "2nds-Seconds," including you, is very particular about fashion.

Koto: All three of us have different tastes, but fashion is certainly everyone's favorite.

What kind of clothes do you usually wear?

Koto：My parents used to go shopping on the weekends, so I was taken around the backstreets from a young age. That had a huge influence on me, and now I tend to dress in street-style outfits, but I also wear vintage clothes and sometimes have a hip-hop vibe.

I heard that you also like eyewear.

Koto: You carry it with you at all times.

How is your eyesight?

Koto: I have good eyesight. So, I've always worn date glasses.

What kind of things do you like?

Koto：I don't really care about brands, but I have always used black-rimmed glasses. Even when I was in high school, I used to wear black-rimmed date glasses with my blazer uniform. I was a bit sharp (laughs), so I did it. The ones I wore today are not black, but a little navy. I like it because it blends well with my skin.

Do you have any others?

Koto: I have about 15 pairs of sunglasses combined. If I like the design first, I buy it. I buy them when I like the design first. The other day I was in Korea for work and bought three pairs at a cheap clothing store. I don't care what brand they are, and I wear them all the time.

I would also like to know how you use eyewear.

Koto: It often depends on the clothes. For example, when I wear hip-hop fashion, I sometimes look too masculine, so I might wear date glasses to make it a little more formal.

The colors of [FN] are really beautiful.

Koto: Yes, sir. I'm really looking forward to it.

Let's start with this series. We have a lot more than just black rims.

Things: two-tone black and clear, I'll hang it up.

How do you like it?

Thing: It could be cute. That's exactly what I bought a cheap one in Korea the other day. But the comfort is totally different. That's true (laughs).

The shape is a crown panto with a straight upper front part, the same type that Kototo-san had in his possession today.

Things: So it's calming, isn't it? The clear is also nice with a bit of gray. This color seems to be very rare, doesn't it?

Do you have any of the clear ones?

Koto：I have a plain clear one, but I don't have a slightly colored one like this, so it's fresh.

Next is a slightly thicker frame. The lenses are the same as before, but the outside is squared off to create a gap between the lens shape and the front exterior.

Thing: I like the appearance very much. It's the cutest thing. Maybe I kind of like it more than I did before.

I'm sure it's partly because you are used to wearing black, but black suits you well.

Koto: Thank you very much. I am of course interested in the black rim, but the gray is nice too.

It's a gray as close to clear as you can get. It suits you.

Koto: What should I do if it all looks good on me (laughs)?

You have a strong bridge of the nose, so eyewear looks good on you.

Thing: I'm attracted to gray at the moment. It's my first choice.

We have been searching for a light gray color for a long time, and finally arrived at this gray. Next, metal frames. Do you have metal frames?

Koto: I do have some. It's a blue light-cut one, and it's totally for home use.

I always wear plastic frames, so it's hard to reach for metal frames, isn't it?

Koto: Yes, that's right. I feel like I'm missing something. I want more presence of the sense of glasses.

But metal suits you too. It makes you look mature.

Thing: It is indeed nice. It seems intellectual. It's my least favorite genre, but you seem to be good with numbers (laughs). Also, tying your hair up would be a good idea. Wearing a cap would also be a good idea.

Yes, the atmosphere is totally different.

Koto: I don't know what to do, I'm so lost! I have the clear one... The metal was kind of nice, and it makes me feel like a good woman.

-I was very impressed with the quality of the work.

Things: It's sort of settled. Finally, can I just hang up the ones I'm interested in?

Of course.

Thing: To be honest, I would love to have a black rim. But since I already have one, I'm going to hold off for today. Two-tone is also unique and hard to throw away, but...yes, I've decided!

I decided on this one because it blends well with my skin and it looks cool just sitting there! Also, I like white guys wearing clear frames with T-shirts, denim, beeswax, and clear frames. So I was thinking that I would like to wear these glasses and try out that kind of style. From that point of view, these frames are ideal. They are also comfortable to wear. I'm so happy!
