The SL 72 was created in 1972 as adidas' first running shoe. The model's name is taken from the initials of "Super Light," and as the name suggests, it is characterized by its lightness.
The new collection of apparel from adicolor is now available in updated colors, materials, and silhouettes, highlighted by the iconic three stripes.
The campaign to coincide with this new release is also noteworthy: by Wednesday, December 25, purchases of 20,000 yen or more including tax at participating stores for items including "SAMBA," "GAZELLE," "SPEZIAL," and "SL 72" will receive an original large scarf, not for sale. It is available in three colors: light blue, forest green, and silver.
In addition, a holiday booth in collaboration with The Little BAKERY Tokyo will be available at adidas Originals Flagship Store Harajuku from December 20 ( Fri ) through December 25 ( Wed ). Purchasers of eligible items will receive a special menu of hot drinks and doughnuts.
