We started with stretching by Coach Nitta. Running with cold muscles and joints can cause injury. It is important to warm up carefully, even if it takes time.

Once the body is relaxed, the running starts.

On this day, the 5-kilometer course starts from "Toto-Ken" to the Sumida River Terrace and goes around the riverside of Tsukishima and Monzen-Nakacho. There are almost no traffic lights, and the night view of high-rise apartments is an attractive course.

At the end of the interview, we interviewed the four guests about their impressions of the day. What did each of them feel after wearing "DURAMO SPEED 2"?

Today was my first time wearing Adidas running shoes. The slightly firm midsole seemed to match my feet. I enjoyed running while admiring the night view of the Sumida River.

They were light and easy to run in. My feet tend to hurt when I run, but the midsole of the "DURAMO SPEED 2" does not sink in too much, so I was able to run comfortably. Running along the Sumida River with everyone was great!

The fit is really good. I like the way they fit my feet and don't shake side to side. I also think the design is fashionable and fun. All the colors are attractive, but my personal favorite is the black and pink model.

The shoes were comfortable and easy to run in. I wore the white and black model. The simple design is also to my liking, and I would like to match them with my everyday clothes. It was my first time to run along the Sumida River at night, and it was really nice. If there were one nearby, I would want to run in it.
