In a palette of pale tones, Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee gave Burberry's heritage trench coat a light update.
The trench coat is the standard choice, but the "Cotton Field Jacket" was the one I couldn't pass up.
The garment-dyed double-faced cotton has lost some of its color, and the edges have a bite to them (the texture of the corduroy collar is particularly superb). The masculine appearance is reminiscent of a farmer's worn-out jacket.

Snap buttons attached to the inside of the folded sleeves for reinforcement.
This impression is accelerated by the snap buttons on the front placket and pockets. The buttons, which are devoid of any decoration, are extremely rugged. The sleeves, which are folded back for reinforcement, are also well done.
The only accents are the duck illustrations and logo embroidery picked up from the archives. It is a stunning by-player.
