The base of this collaboration is the "MOAB SPEED 2 GORE-TEX®," a pair of diver's trail shoes by Merrell. This hybrid pair combines the stability of a hiking shoe with the light weight and agility of a trail running shoe.

The Moab Speed 2 Gore-Tex® Snow Peak is a model that has already been perfected, but the addition of Snow Peak's essence has evolved it into a new realm that the brand could not have achieved on its own. The name of the model is "Moab Speed 2 Gore-Tex® Snow Peak.

To review the basic features, the upper is equipped with durable nylon ripstop and a GORE-TEX® membrane that provides excellent breathability and waterproofing. In addition, the "FloatPro foam midsole" reduces impact on the foot while supporting walking, and the "Vibram TC5+ outsole" developed by Vibram for Merrell is also used. This provides excellent grip and durability, and allows for stable performance in any environment.

The unique point of the collaboration is the color scheme. The color gradation is inspired by the beauty of ashes from a bonfire. The laces are also in the original colors, and the Snow Peak logo is placed on the inside of the shoes.

Also included is an original shoe case created especially for this collaboration. It is also convenient for carrying them when you go climbing in the mountains.
