Limited edition of 101. A special pair of jeans commemorating the 100th anniversary of Lee's classic "101" will be released in a three-way collaboration with Markaware and Edifice.

Lee's classic jeans, the "101," have been loved by all kinds of people, from cowboys to famous actors and musicians. It was 1925 when the style number "101" was added to the jeans called "cowboy pants.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the "101," LeeMARKAWAREThe three-way collaboration between "edifice", "edifice" and "edifice" will release a special pair of jeans.

The base of this collection is a pair of cowboy pants from the 1930s. The pattern of the same item is used in a wide straight silhouette by "MARKWARE" to create a modern impression while retaining the ruggedness of workwear.

Markaware, which focuses on sustainable, natural materials, chose organic cotton from Uganda, which the designer personally procured. The cotton is rope-dyed in Japan and woven into white selvedge denim at Okamoto Textile, where skilled craftsmen operate old-style looms. In the process, the threads are beaten in loosely to ensure softness and ease of movement.

In addition to reproducing the details of the period, such as triple stitching and cinch backs, the label with hair-on-hide, special buttons and rivets, and other details have been carefully selected.
