First collaboration based on Nick Wakeman's favorite products. Studio Nicholson and POTR created three bags.

As the weather gets warmer, the weight of clothes becomes lighter these days. With that, the presence of bags becomes more prominent.

Then came this news. [JoonSTUDIO NICHOLSONand Yoshida Kaban's lifestyle concept brand <P.O.T.R. (POTR)The first collaboration between the two companies.

The collaboration began when Nick Wakeman, the designer of Studio Nicholson, became a fan of Yoshida Kaban items.

This time, while borrowing the knowledge of P.O.T.R.'s bags, the elegant color fabric named "Darkest Navy," Studio Nicholson's signature color, will be used and presented in three different styles.

BONSAC ¥66,000

First is the Bonsack. It is based on the model that Nick Wakeman used to love, and the zipper on the surface is a replica of the side zipper used on "Studio Nicholson" pants. It also has the extended gusset function that Yoshida Kaban is known for.

SHOULDER BAG ¥46,200

Next is the shoulder bag. It has a simple, uncluttered design with a square compartment for the bare necessities. The straps are designed to be long, and the excess can be hung down to accentuate the styling.

KEY WALLET POUCH ¥31,900

The key wallet is a substitute for a key or small item that can be hung around the neck and carried like an accessory. They are also recommended as gifts.

All share the same outer fabric, 100% recycled nylon with a matte texture. The three-layer bonding fabric with padding in between is both soft and supple. 
 
In addition, in order to create a clean one-tone impression, detailed efforts have been made to keep the stitching off the surface. To further unify the look, the metal parts are plated in black dahl. 

The initials "N" of "Studio Nicholson" are stitched on the nylon tape and attached leather parts. The tanning-tanned leather used for the pulls will become shiny and darker as it is used, allowing you to enjoy its color change over time.

At first glance, the design is simple, but the selection and adjustment of the detailed gimmickry is as expected of "Studio Nicholson," and it was made possible by the technical skills of "P.O.T.R.". It is wise to choose a bag with a sense of presence this time of year, when we tend to wear lighter clothes.
