We will support your eyeglass skills through our education system, which includes both internal and external training programs,

Final education: High school graduate or higher

We welcome those who have no experience in any type of job or industry, and those who have no experience in the working world.
We welcome those interested in eyewear and fashion.
New graduates are also welcome.

【 Salary and benefits

Full-time employees: 200,000-340,000 yen/month + various allowances
*To be determined based on experience, skills, etc.

Part-time job: Varies at each store

Plans to open more stores in other areas in the future

Working hours

Shift work based on a variable working hour system on a monthly basis.
9:45 - 21:15 (average of 7.5 hours of actual work)
Hours vary depending on store operating hours.
