Main cast lineup. An all-star class of skateboarders supporting skaters and pushing street culture, the Skateboarder's Fast and Furious.

Skate shoes, aka skateshoes, come in a variety of castings. If you say, "Skateboarding is just a matter of getting ripped off, so what does it matter?" you are like the old man who can't tell the difference between the coolest authentic New York Knicks jersey and a pair of running shoes that are dumped on the wagon sale. Actually, it's okay to be that old man, but that doesn't begin the story of skateboarding. It is because skaters are not satisfied with the given environment and scene, and have been pursuing self-expression, so they are particular about their style and how they are seen.

When it comes to casting skee-shoes, the specs are outstandingly durable. The fashionable, goofy looks. The story of its birth and its twists and turns. The epic story of who made what with it. The image that a skate shoe brand releases is a combination of such leading role castings, and it sticks to the user.

How about the "Converse Skateboarding" that we pick up this time? The heroes of American youth movies wore Converse All-Stars, and former NBA players such as Magic Johnson and Larry Bird dunked in Converse jumpers. In the heyday of street skating, Converse's Pro Leather low-cut was a favorite of some of the West Coast's finest skaters.

This time around, we have an all-star cast of stars, so to speak, with a classic design based on the Chevron & Star archive model, kneaded with excellent durability and high specs that will satisfy skaters who truly continue to create tricks at the forefront of skating. That simple, cool-looking one you know so well is going to meet your expectations quite well as a skate shoe.

I want you to think about it. Our favorite movie of the 90's, "Kids". In the movie, Justin Pierce, aka Casper, flips in Washington Park in the middle of summer in 1995, wearing black "Converse" with a hole in his ollie foot. I wonder about that. You can ollie with those black looks and still look cool and skate anywhere, anytime. Such a hot story came true after more than a decade. Such a story can only be told by "Converse Skateboarding.

From now on, domestic skaters will be sponsored as well, so we just have to see who will make what out of them. Who will make what out of them, and it will become a big epic and spread. The casting is perfect!

Here's the difference! Converse Skateboarding this and that.

BREAKSTAR SK HI + ¥12,000 each (available in black and green)

PRORIDE SK OX + ¥12,000+TAX each (available in red and black)

The BREAKSTAR SK HI + and PRORIDE SK OX + are authentic skate shoe specifications for real skaters. The most distinctive features are the insole and hold system. The original "REACT HD" high-function cup insole and stretchy neoprene material inside ensure light weight, resilience, stability, breathability, and a sense of hold. Even if you are riding for a long time, it will enhance your performance to the maximum without stress.

In addition, areas that are frequently contacted during tricks, including ollies, are reinforced with rubber and suede materials. In addition, the outsole is finely grooved, the toe spring is set low on the last, and a double rubber tape structure is adopted to reduce wear and tear, a finish that is sure to satisfy skaters.

Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Skateboarding has been adopted as an official event. Perhaps we will be able to see the Japanese national team perform tricks wearing the "Converse Skateboarding" skates. At any rate, we are looking forward to the future of this skate line. Stay tuned for more information.
