Build a tent sauna,
Spread the towel....

SLOWTIDE "OWSLEY" ¥5,800+TAX
Loaded into the luggage of a car is the MB10A mobile sauna from Russia's Mobiba, which has been attracting attention from devout sauna fans. The MB10A, which was just released in Japan this summer, is a relatively compact tent sauna weighing only 7.6 kg and the stove 16.8 kg, but it is a portable outdoor tent sauna for four adults to enjoy a full-scale waxing experience. I wondered if I would be able to assemble it well in front of my daughter, as it was my first time using it. With a hint of anxiety, we set out for Nishitanzawa on our way.

SYDNEY ¥5,800+TAX

Despite its easy accessibility, which can be reached in two hours from central Tokyo, Nishitanzawa is deep in the mountains with a clear stream flowing through it. This popular area offers a variety of outdoor activities such as mountain climbing, mountain stream fishing, camping, BBQ, and even hot springs. Parents and children playing in the river with tent saunas set up nearby, and young people enjoying BBQ. It was still full of the spirit of summer.

At any rate, setting up the tent sauna is the first priority. We need a flat ground as large as 2m square to set up the tent, we want to jump into the river as soon as we get out of the sauna, and we are happy with the shade of the trees for outdoor bathing. ...... Once I've decided, it's hard to move.

Mobile Sauna MB10A, ¥135,000 (excluding tax)
Sauna stones and sauna chairs are sold separately.
The tent itself is easy to assemble if you have some camping experience. Simply pull the frame through the main body, raise it up, secure the tent body to the frame with the fasteners, and peg it down. The MB10A is conveniently equipped with a framed door. This makes it easy to enter and exit the sauna without having to open and close the door with a zipper every time.

Simply attach the stove with the stored legs, connect the chimney and take it out of the tent. Line the top with sauna stones, light the wood, and you are ready to go. Even the most novice can set up in an hour, and once you get used to it, it only takes 20 minutes.
