What is the goal of the new "KALIMAR" as a brand?
Inada:As Matsuzawa mentioned earlier, the origin of the word "Karimar" is "carry more," and our goal is to go back to that starting point once again.
What does "carry more" mean in today's society? It means to be equipped with equipment that allows us to be more comfortable and active when we are walking without relying on power. We will redefine this concept and rearrange it in a modern way in our manufacturing process. This concept is followed not only in our backpacks, but also in our clothing.
Four lines with different personalities are developed.
What kind of line will you develop?

Inada:This season, in addition to its two existing lines, the trekking line "explore" and the lifestyle line "life," KALIMAR will launch "ultimate" and "aspire," the top range of each line. The new line will be the core of KARIMAR's four product lines. The new challenge for Kalimar has begun and will be launched on September 12, 2019.
First of all, "ultimate" is a line that collaborates with climbers in Japan and abroad to pursue the ultimate equipment suitable for today's diversified climbing. . It is also the starting point of "CALIMAR," which inherits alpinism.
The next line, "explore" is a trekking line for mountain climbers who enjoy the mountains. We will feed back the technology developed in the "ultimate" line.
The new "aspire" collection is a new and challenging collection for "KALIMAR". The concept is a proposal unique to CALIMAR, whose identity is backpacks, and pursues a fashionable look for mobile equipment while focusing on the beauty of the "appearance of carrying a backpack.
As the name suggests, "life" is a lifestyle line. It is a redefinition of everyday mobility equipment.
