Tiny Garden Tateshina brings a new form of camping.

TINY GARDEN Tateshina, an overnight stay facility opened by "Urban Research" in September 2019. This is not a hotel nor an inn. . it is not a campground either, although camping is allowed. Of course, it is not a guesthouse or a B&B, either. It is a place where you can enjoy clothing, food, shelter, and recreation through the medium of nature while staying overnight. Here is a report on this "small garden" at an altitude of 1,250 meters, surrounded by clean air and white birch trees, from every corner of the property.

Urban Research took over this former camp facility and made major renovations, creating an accommodation facility with three types of rooms, a hot spring, a café, and a store on a 4,800-square-meter site.

We have been planning for three years to build a campground that would be an extension of that festival, and finally found the location we had been pursuing, and our wish was fulfilled when we opened our doors this September.
