We are off and running toward Shibuya!
Well, now, it's time to start running. That is why the Yokohama to Shibuya running event (official name: YOKOHAMA TO SHIBUYA ~Supported by SALOMON and BEAMS Planets~) by the handsome Huinamu Running Club has finally started. At 4:00 p.m., four and a half hours later than originally scheduled, the runners departed from Sotetsu Joynas, where BEAMS Planets Yokohama is located. As expected, it was dangerous for all 50 participants to run together, so they were divided into two groups for the start of the race.

The runners passed under the Metropolitan Expressway overpass from the side of Yodobashi Camera at the west exit of Yokohama Station and headed in the direction of Tsunashima Kaido. The day was clear and sunny after the typhoon passed. Although the wind was a little strong, it was neither hot nor cold, making it a perfect day for running.

We also passed through the Rokkakubashi shopping street, which retains the atmosphere of the Showa period. It is fun to leisurely run through such an elegant place.

Runners running with the setting sun in the background. Autumn days are like a vine. The sun starts to tilt quickly around here.

By the time we crossed the Tsurumi River between Okurayama and Tsunashima, it was completely dark.
