What are the perspectives of the sneaker experts, what models do they choose, and what do they actually wear? We will introduce the real shoe choices of the best sneaker freaks in the industry in a relay format. Mr. Mitsuhiro Kubo, a representative of the select store "GR8," was introduced by Mr. Ryo Ishikawa in the previous issue. We asked him to name six pairs that he particularly likes and asked him why he chose each of them and what his favorite points are.

And "Air Force 1" by "A Cold Wall". What is this about?

Kubo:About three years ago, when I was at London Fashion Week, I was contacted by Samuel, the man behind "A Cold Wall," and called into a warehouse on the outskirts of East London. At that time, he gave me this "Air Force 1. He said, "I'm doing a collaboration with Nike, and I want to give these as a gift to all the people who have supported me so far. The low-cut version was sold commercially, but the high-cut version was limited to those who had been involved in the collaboration.

You had such a close relationship with Samuel.

Kubo:A Cold Wall" has been a part of "GR8" since the first season, and we have been doing business with them since Samuel, the director, was Virgil Abloh's assistant. Because of this relationship, the Air Force 1 reminds me of the early days of "A Cold Wall.
